○　regular check-ups with doctor and laboratory
○　prioritize health and proper sleep
○　listen to your doctor
○　eat healthy food and drink a lot of water
○　take care of your physical and mental health too

I have pjs too and i do understand you. I Don't want to go to the hospital again either and yes, people with good gut health are very lucky, laxatives suck.
But yes, we still need to do it in order to be healthier.
